Nice to meet you.

I spent two years in an IDF technology unit working on B2B systems: implementation, integration, writing procedures, manual QA, sitting next to developers and product managers on platforms where a badly placed screen costs someone an hour of their day. That’s where I learned that most design problems are actually structure problems wearing a costume. After that I spent another year and a half designing UI in the career service, and today I’m the only designer on a small product team, designing a whole system.

Now I’m in the third year of a B.Des in Visual Communication at HIT, and the two halves argue with each other productively. The systems background tells me what will break. The design training tells me what it should feel like when it doesn’t.
